Mit der Veröffentlichung der Demoversion von Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning am 17. Januar 2012 öffnet die gewaltige Welt von Amalur endlich ihre Tore auf Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 und PC. Zudem schaltet die Demo besondere Gegenstände für die finale Version des Spiels frei. Zusätzlich zu der Demo belohnen Big Huge Games und BioWare die Fans von Reckoning und Mass Effect 3 im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Crosspromotion.
