I got a lot of other games and trophies but PS3Heroes doesn't update it even though I always synchronize with the Sony server on my PS3. Also on my twitter background it shows the same old trophies and old "last played games" data.
What can I do?

Which games and trophies are you missing? I'm almost certain, that those trophies were from games that SONY yet did not put onto their public PSN pages. You can access your public PSN profile when going to your PS3Heroes-Profile and click on the PSN-Link in the right sidebar.
Once SONY updates the public PSN pages to include those trophies and games, they will automatically appear on your PS3Heroes-Profile and your twitter background.
BTW: the pure number of trophies on your profile and Twitter background is updated regardless of their presence on the public PSN pages.

i'm still missing the eye pet trophies. stranges thing is that eye pet shows up on the my games and trophies page and has 4 old earned trophies. but the trophies i earned after that don't show up. on the US playstation site. the eye pet game isn't their at all on my profile page.

Thanks for the reply. FIFA 11 is one of the candidates. But you're right, it's not even on Sony's PSN page.
