Blog: I currently cannot update your trophies

SONY is currently heavily working on their public profile pages, as you can see here: http://us.playstation.com/publictrophy/index.htm?onlinename=dirk_olbertz. I used that data and also the detailed data about your trophies for each game to update your profile page on PS3Heroes.

This data was crucial for my service to update your twitter timeline with new trophies. About 6 hours ago the last updates could be read from SONYs public profile pages.

Right now I'm not even able to access my public profile page in Firefox and am only able to see my public profile in Safari. I'm not able to access my trophy data without being logged in with Safari, though.

I guess SONY is still working on their site, but I definitely will need to adjust the crawler of PS3Heroes to be able to update your trophies again. I really hope they do not shut sites like PS3Heroes.com down by not showing the trophy data and not providing a proper API at the same time.

    Still having issues, I see. It just tweeted that I earned a new Bronze trophy in Resistance 2, and I haven't played that in months!

    Yeah, although I think that it also might be a problem on SONY's side, as I also saw some older games with newer internal IDs suddenly appearing. I hope all that hassle is over soon...

    Hoffe genauso wie du das das nicht passiert denn ich hab zur Zeit dasselbe Problem.

    Ich drücke die Daumen, dass die Trophy-Daten weiterhin auslesbar bleiben. Es wäre sehr, sehr schade, wenn diese Seite wegen des Redesigns ihre Hauptfunktion nicht mehr hätte. :-/

    Im Moment habe ich eine Lösung, da diese aber wirklich damit zusammenhängt, dass man im PSN eingeloggt sein muss, weiß ich noch nicht, wie lange und wie gut diese wirklich funktioniert.
